Describe when pressure falls
Note whether the problem occurs during several simultaneous uses, at a single tap or all the time. A partially closed bypass, loaded cartridge or undersized line may behave differently from a well-pump problem. Avoid changing several settings at once because it can obscure the cause.
Measure the right points
Ask for pressure and flow observations before and after treatment under comparable conditions. Static pressure with every faucet closed is not the same as usable delivery during peak demand. Keep the existing model, pipe sizes and maintenance history ready for the visit.
A repair should have a reason
The proposal should explain the diagnosed restriction and how the repair will be verified. Increasing tank size or adding another cartridge can add complexity without restoring flow. Have the provider confirm the operating limits and a practical maintenance schedule for the corrected arrangement.
House, additional buildings and private-well boundaries
For a Wellington request, identify the supply serving each building before discussing equipment. A household connected to municipal water differs from a house on a private well, and a barn or irrigation line may be a separate scope. List the affected outlets and the demand the proposal is expected to serve. Do not apply a domestic equipment recommendation to animal-care or other specialist uses without the relevant professional guidance. A written line map helps the provider assess the correct project.
